Terms and Conditions
- The cleaning, washing, drying, and ironing of textile items shall be performed in accordance with the instructions on their labels. Items that do not have care labels and are not marked with international symbols will be accepted and processed solely on the basis of the customer's signature on the order form, whereby the customer expressly assumes all associated risks. In such situations, the company is absolutely exempt from any liability, as the cleaning/washing/drying/ironing of the items is performed entirely at the customer's own risk.
- The company is not liable if the items do not withstand the cleaning method indicated on the product label, as defects in the material are not attributable to the service provider.
- In the event that the items handed over change in size or are damaged due to hidden defects (defects resulting from insufficient strength of the fabric and stitching, insufficient strength of the dyes, or defective finishing—such as wadding linings not properly attached to the garment, etc.), or in the event of the loss or damage of buttons, zippers, shoulder pads, or embellishments, regardless of their value, discovered after the cleaning/laundry service has been performed, the company is absolutely and completely exempt from any liability. Furthermore, the company is not liable for items left in the pockets of the items handed over.
- During peak periods, customers will be informed of the extended service completion time at the time of their service request. If the customer requests the service within a short timeframe (24 hours), an additional rush fee will be charged, payable in advance.
- The company is not liable for failure to perform services on time due to force majeure or other events beyond its control (power outages, lack of water flow or pressure, administrative restrictions, natural disasters, etc.). Such situations suspend the company's obligations without giving rise to any right to compensation on the part of the customer.
- In the event of damage caused to the customer due to the exclusive and proven fault of Panda Wash SRL, the company shall provide compensation to the customer amounting to a maximum of 3 (three) times the cost of the cleaning/washing/ironing service for the respective item, within 30 days of the damage being ascertained and accepted in writing. This limit constitutes the absolute maximum ceiling of the company's liability, regardless of the declared or actual value of the item.
- Items may be returned only upon presentation of the order form issued by the company at the time the items were picked up for service. If the order form is lost, items will be released only upon presentation of a valid form of identification confirming the customer's identity. The company is not liable for any fraudulent returns if the customer has not reported the loss of the receipt in writing.
- After the expiration of the period specified on the order form for picking up the items, the customer has an additional period of 30 calendar days to pick them up. Upon expiration of this additional period, the company will automatically charge, without further prior notice, a storage fee of 3 RON/day for each product. If the items are not picked up within 6 months of the initial due date, the company acquires the right to dispose of them in accordance with applicable law.
- To avoid any misunderstandings, the customer is required to carefully verify, both upon delivery and upon pickup, that the items listed on the order form match the items delivered/received. Any discrepancies must be reported immediately to the company's staff; the company will not be liable for discrepancies not reported at the time of delivery or pickup.
- The company is liable for items only while they are in its custody. Any complaints must be made at the time the customer picks up the items, in the presence of company staff. Subsequent complaints, regardless of the reason or date, will not be considered and do not give rise to any obligation on the part of the company.
- In the case of items requiring special and prolonged cleaning/washing due to multiple stains of various origins, the customer will be informed in advance, and the order will be processed only with the customer's written consent and signature on the order form. The company is not liable for stubborn stains that are not removed following repeated stain removal and cleaning processes, nor for any damage to the material resulting from these operations; the customer expressly accepts these risks by signing the order form.
- These terms also apply in cases where the items are dropped off by someone other than the owner. In this situation, the risks arising from hidden defects in the materials, failure to accept the items upon pickup, failure to file complaints within the timeframe set by the company, as well as failure to provide information regarding the work procedure, shall result in joint and several liability of the person who handed over the items and the owner.
- If the customer insists on having the item cleaned contrary to the express recommendations of the facility's specialized staff, the cleaning will be performed solely at the customer's own risk and with the customer's handwritten signature, and the company shall be fully exempt from any liability for any damage or unsatisfactory results.
- The company reserves the right to refuse to accept items that show a high degree of wear and tear, have unpleasant odors, or may pose a risk of infection. This right of refusal cannot be contested and does not create any obligation toward the customer.
